Summer Fair Raffle Proceeds The Summer Fair working group came to the decision at a meeting in May 2025 that all proceeds from the raffle to take place at the Summer Fair, would be donated to the Pantry in the Porch to enable them to manage their stock and keep the inventory full over the coming months. The raffle produced proceeds of £350.20 which has been credited to the SPF (Grants) budget, to facilitate a charitable award. EAST BERGHOLT PARISH COUNCIL Community Infrastructure Levy Guidance Policy and Procedures Background This document consolidates previous CIL papers from 2021 and 2022 updates the policywhich was approved and adopted in June 2023 and lays out an overall framework, policy and procedure for spending the Community Infrastructure Levy, which East Bergholt Parish Council has received or expects to receive from Babergh District Council. CIL is a tool for local authorities in England and Wales to support infrastructure requirements arising from development in the area. Strategy, Policy and Finance Committee 24 July 2025 Review of CIL Policy 1. The Council’s CIL policy was last approved in June 2023 and is due for a review. A working group comprising the Chair of the SPF Committee, the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council and the Clerk has given consideration to the approved policy and suggested a variety of updates and improvements.
