COUNCIL MEETING 13 NOVEMBER 2025 POLICY REVIEWS Following the regular policy review schedule, the following four policies have been reviewed by Councillor Roberts. • Grant Aid Policy • Health and Safety Policy • Grievance and Disciplinary Policy • Complaints Procedure The Grant Aid Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Grievance and Disciplinary Policies have received only minor amendments as shown in track changes on the attached documents. The Complaints Policy has been changed significantly making it easier to read and follow. It is RECOMMENDED that the amended policies be approved and adopted. In Our View/Constable 250 update MB, 05.11.2025 Branding graphics Clubb Creative created a number of strong design options - the preferred two were 1. graphics based around the concept of different shaped picture frames and 2. graphics based around a camera view-finder. The In Our View village working group (PC, Church, NT, EBSoc and Constable Hall) decided to ask Clubb Creative to amalgamate aspects of both concepts into one final design which will also feature a Constable painting in the printed banners.
