2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – There were no declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – Proposed by Graham Woodcock, seconded by Nigel Roberts, the minutes of the
previous meeting, held Thursday 17
th
November 2022, were unanimously approved as a true
record.
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – none that were not dealt with separately.
6. ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE CAR PARK RISK ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE LOG.
Completed and documented. Thanks To Graham White and John Price on a cold day.
7. DOG FOULING BINS – ongoing New / Replacements in place shortly.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING – Lines apparently agreed and now over to David Chenery!
9. FOOTPATHS
(i) Cemetery Lane to Stratford St Mary. Meeting due with SCC on site to explain progress.
(ii) FEN BRIDGE we lost! SCC have plan for ramps but no timescale given.
