OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the opportunity will be
given to members of the public to make representations to the Committee or to ask questions.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 17
November 2022 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on matters from the last
meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
6. CARPARK – maintenance report update.
7. DOG FOULING/BINS –. The Chairman to report on progress.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING – To consider the current situation and updates from last
meeting.

9 FOOTPATHS UPDATE: – John Price to report on his excellent efforts – Cemetery Lane to
Stratford St Mary update.

10 URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters which the Chairman
considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
