6. GRANT APPLICATIONS – To consider grant application from:
• Barbizon Twinning Association
• Ormiston Families
7. SPORTS PAVILION – To consider request from Constable Hall
Management Committee. Correspondence attached.
8. POLICY REVIEWS – To consider report attached.
9. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any
other matters which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient
urgency and importance.
