2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of 23
January 2025 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on
matters from the last meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
5. DIGITISATION CLOSURE REPORT – To review the closure report on the
digitisation project (attached).
6. GROUNDSMAN UPDATE- To note the appointment of the new contractors.
7. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
