1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
None.

3. FINANCIAL PROVISION FOR PLAYING FIELD FENCING
The Clerk advised the Committee that the Playing Field Committee had met immediately before this
Committee and resolved to carry out urgent rabbit proof fencing works to the playing field but that it
had no financial provision in its budget and consequently sought approval from this Committee and the
Council for a supplementary estimate of up to £15,000, without which the fencing project could not
proceed.

It was proposed by Councillor Hockley, seconded by Councillor Price and RESOLVED (unanimously)
that it be recommended to Council that a supplementary estimate of up to £15,000 be granted to the
Playing Field Committee for the purpose of installing rabbit proof fencing at the playing field.
