Clerk (attached).

4. CEMETERY/CHURCHYARD WORKS – The Chairman to report on tree works and
Churchyard maintenance.

5. CHURCHYARD SIGNS – To consider additional signage at the Churchyard.

6. DIGITISATION OF CEMETERY RECORDS – To consider report from the Assistant Clerk
(attached).

7. UPCOMING PROJECTS 2023/24

7.1 Garden of Reflection – The Chairman to commence a conversation on the creation of
a Garden of Reflection.

7.2 Churchyard Bench – To consider request from a local resident (attached).

7.3 Constable Family Tomb – The Chairman to report.

8. URGENT COMMUNICAT IONS – To receive and consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance that the Chairman of the Committee allows.
