OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the opportunity will be
given to members of the public to make representations to the Committee or to ask questions.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 27 April
2023 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on matters from the last
meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
5. WEED ENCROACHMENT ON PAVEMENTS – To consider issue raised by a member of the public
at the Council meeting on 13 July 2023.
6. CAR PARK – The Chairman to provide a maintenance update.
7. DOG FOULING / BINS –. The Chairman to report on progress.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING / ONGOING DISRUPTION DUE TO BROADBAND
INSTALLATION – To consider the current situation and updates from last meeting.
9. QUIET LANES SUFFOLK – To consider email from Brian Willsher (attached).
10. ANPR AND SID CAMERAS – To review current situation.

11. FOOTPATHS UPDATE – Councillor Price to provide update on various footpath matters.

12. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters which the Chairman
considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
