3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – There were no declarations of interest.
4. MINUTES – Proposed by Graham Woodcock, seconded by Joan Miller, the minutes of the previous
meeting, held Thursday 17
th
November 2022, were unanimously approved as a true record.
5. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – none that were not dealt with separately.
6. CAR PARK – maintenance program updated. Contractor in place and has clear understanding of
requirements. Gulley cleaning / emptying to be checked with Babergh. (Assistant Clerk to enquire).
7. DOG FOULING BINS –Replacements in place and no further requests
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING hopefully some progress as lines agreed but still to be done
9. FOOTPATHS – JP updating on progress. Kissing gates and investigations into paths from 1986 OS
maps that have disappeared.
10. GRIT BINS – views to be sought?
