As part of this year’s Summer Fair and the wider In Our View celebrations marking 250 years since the birth of John Constable
, the East Bergholt Community Council is creating two giant community “paint-by-numbers” artworks
Inspired by iconic Constable works:
• A Boat Passing a Lock (Flatford Lock), owned by the Royal Academy of Arts
• Golding Constable’s Flower Garden (Ipswich Museum)
Residents will be invited to paint a small section — coming together to create unique, whole-village masterpieces
