This Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting will focus on the subject of the revised East Bergholt Neighbourhood Plan, a key document that will guide our village’s development for the next 20 years. At this meeting councillors will discuss the proposed key policies to be included in the first formal draft. Once this draft document is ready there will be dedicated consultation sessions for village residents to review and comment upon.

 Housing Allocations – What type of new homes are needed & how they’ll fit into the village
 Conservation Area Extension – Preserving East Bergholt’s unique heritage 
 Road Safety & Footpaths – Plans to improve safety & accessibility
