The were no members of the public present.
The meeting commenced at 7.00pm.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies from John Price. Councillor Hockley took the chair

2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS-

None received.

3. BUDGET
RFF General:-A report from Chairman John Price had been circulated and the after
some discussion it was unanimously agreed to add £6,000 to the budget for road
safety measures at the Gandish/Mill Road crossroads.

RFF Carpark:- Inflation increases and a small increase in maintenance costs were
added to the previous years budget. Again unanimous agreement.
