OPEN PUBLIC SESSION- Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations to the
Committee or to ask questions.

1. ELECT NEW CHAIR FOR REMAINDER OF THE MUNICIPAL YEAR

2. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

3. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS- To receive any declarations of interest.

4. TO APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING- To approve as a correct
record the minutes of the previous Committee meeting.

5. MATTERS ARISING OR UPDATES – to consider any matters arising or updates
on matters from the above not dealt with under any other agenda item
