REVIEW OF COUNCIL POLICIES

1. The Vice-Chairman of the Council and the Assistant Clerk have reviewed a
further batch of Council policies and submit the following for your
consideration:

2. Document Retention Policy – This policy has been amended to state clearly
how long emails are retained.

3. Equality and Diversity Policy – Categories of unlawful discrimination have
been added for clarity.

4. Grievance and Disciplinary Policy- Minor grammatical changes only.

5. Grant Aid Policy – No changes made.

6. RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the:
Document Retention Policy;
Equality and Diversity Policy;
Grievance and Disciplinary Policy; and
Grant Aid Policy;
attached to this report, be approved and adopted and be reviewed in the 2024
policy review.
