Review of Council Policies
Persistent or Vexatious Correspondence/Complaints Policy
1. The above recent policy has been reviewed by the Vice-Chairman of the
Council and the Assistant Clerk.

2. It remains substantially fit for purpose with only one minor amendment
being the addition of Para 4 bullet point 11.

3. It is RECOMMENDED that the amended policy (attached) be approved
and adopted.
