1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 17
November 2022 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on matters from the last
meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
6. ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE CAR PARK RISK ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE LOG – To
confirm dates Jan 23

7. DOG FOULING/BINS –. The Chairman to report on new requests and progress.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING – To consider the current situation and updates from last
meeting.

9. FOOTPATHS Cemetery Lane to Stratford St Mary update.

10. GRIT BINS FOR VILLAGE – The Chairman to report on new requests locations, costs and
implementation.
11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters which the Chairman
considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
