record (attached).

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising or updates
from the above meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. SPORTS COUNCIL- Report on progress. Report on concerns with current
projects and possible projects for future.

6. PAVILION UPDATE- Chair to report

7. SOLAR PROJECT- Councillor Woodcock to report

8. PLAYGROUNDS AND PLAYING FIELDS- Chair to report

9. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance which the Chairman of the Committee allows.
