OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations and to ask
questions.

1. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN – To elect a Chairman for the meeting or for the remainder of
the municipal year.

2. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

3. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS

4. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of 27 January
2022 (attached).

5. MATTERS ARISING /UPDATES – To note any matters arising/updates from the last
meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

6. BUDGET 2022/23 – To consider budget for 2023/24 and make submission to Strategy,
Policy and Finance Committee (Template attached)

7. INTERMENTS 2022 AND CEMETERY FEE INCOME – To consider report from the Clerk
(attached).

8. TREE PLANTING – To consider locations and species for trees to commemorate the
village response to the covid pandemic, the Platinum Jubilee and the Diocesan request to
Canon Reverend Stephanie van der Toorn.

9. URGENT COMMUNICATI ONS – To receive and consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance that the Chairman of the Committee allows.
