Policy Review Report

Over past few years council policies have been reviewed by the Parish Clerk and
Councillor Nigel Roberts. These were then submitted to the Parish Council for
approval.
However, in view of the recent unfortunate change in circumstance, the clerk is now
initially reviewing all policies and will then submit them to the Strategy, Policy &
Finance Committee for full review and recommendation to council. There are
several reports which are reviewed throughout the year, the first tranche of reports
will be:

• CIL Policy- current policy with tracked changes submitted for review
• Complaints Policy and Procedure- current policy is submitted without
amendment
• Grant Aid Policy- submitted with tracked changes
• Health & Safety Policy- current policy is submitted without amendment
• Grant Application form – Current form submitted without amendment
• CIL Application form – New.
