Meeting Minutes April 24th 2025

7:30pm at the Lambe School

Meeting opened at 7:31pm.

Public session: no members of the public

Welcome & Apologies for Absence: Cllr R. Allen absence noted & Due to the resignation
of former Cllr R. Wombwell from the Parish Council the committee recognised this
includes former Cllr. R Wombwells resignation from the committee.

Declaration of interest: none were made.

Minutes: Committee considered the minutes from the Committee meeting of January
23rd and agreed to accept these minutes (proposed by Cllr. M. Hurley, Seconded by
Cllr. N. Roberts, vote taken and unanimous)

Matters arising: Cllr. M Hurley brought forward item 6 to matters arising, Cllr. M Hurley
reported that after the interview process the decision to appoint Simon Rothwell and
Barrie Peirson to the position of grounds person, Cllr M Hurley reported that they have
already commenced their duties and have shown their dedication and commitment, it
was noted Simon Rothwells correspondence to Cllr M Hurley and Clerk that there was
an issue with the ride on mower which is being addressed.

Digitisation Closure Report: Committee considered the report breaking down the costs
& outcomes of the digitisation project (attached) the aim was to ensure that all the
committee were informed and able to make additions or ask questions before it was
given the ok to be circulated to the whole Parish Council, the committee agreed that
this was a good report which clearly laid out each piece of software, what it is used for
and the cost, the committee were happy to accept this with no additions or points to
be made (proposed by Cllr. M Hurley, Seconded by Cllr. J Miller, vote taken and passed
unanimously)
