Burial Grounds Committee Budget Meeting Minutes

OPEN PUBLIC SESSION
The were no members of the public present.
The meeting commenced at 8pm.

1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Present:
Cllr M Hurley (Chair)
Cllr J Miller
Cllr N Roberts
Cllr R Smith

2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS-

None received.

3. BUDGET

Budget was presented and discussed by the committee.

Agreed changes were as follows:

Tree boundary works to be renamed ‘grounds maintenance’ and the section named
digitisation to be changed to ‘software licencing’.

It was agreed by the committee that the Chair request this section is filled in by the
Clerk with the exact cost of the project to include any annual licence fee. Budget
was proposed by Cllr M Hurley and seconded by Cllr N Roberts. Vote taken, all in
favour of budget.
