6. UPDATE ON STRAIGHT RD, B1070 MILL ROAD AND TOUCHEY HILL

7. DOG & LITTER BINS

8. IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR CAR PARK AND PUBLIC CONVENIENCES, grit bin, CCTV, EV
charging point, external appearance of WCs and internal improvements

9. VILLAGE PLAN FOR THE ROADS, Whitehorse Road SID camera, St Francis, Heath Road, Mill
Road X roads etc.

10. VILLAGE PLAN FOR THE FOOTPATHS Manningtree cycleway, ramps on Fen Bridge.

11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters which the Chairman
considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
