OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Council’s Committee business, the
opportunity will be for Members of the Public to speak and to ask questions. This time is limited.
Priority will be given to those who have given the Clerk prior notice of their intention to speak or/and
ask questions.

3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee meeting held on 24

July 2024.

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider and matters arising or updates on matters from the
last meeting and not dealt with under other agenda items.

5. FOOTPATH WARDEN – The Chairman to introduce Rasik Bhadresa (documents attached)

7. SPEED REDUCTION OUTSIDE SCHOOL AND ZEBRA CROSSING Update from Councillor

8. PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE Progress since the pavement survey was completed and to discuss
SCC response

9. NO SIGNS ON LANES Concern from Councillor Dent concerning a lack of signs on Cutlers Lane

10. FOOTPATH NR 44/BREACH REPAIR ON THE R STOUR Current position and
SCC/EA/Landowners plans

12. CAR PARK TRUG Councillor Woodcock to share any interest from others to adopt the “trug”

13. CAR PARK DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE in particular clearance of the gullies and catchpits

19. DATE OF NEXT RFF COMMITTEE MEETING – The Clerk is planning a cycle of Committee
meetings either at the end of November or beginning of December to consider the budget for the
financial year 2025/26
