5. FOOTPATH WARDEN (Rasik Bhadresa) update.

6. WHITEHORSE ROAD SID CAMERA progress update from Councillor Allen.

7. SPEED REDUCTION OUTSIDE SCHOOL AND ZEBRA CROSSING Update from Councillor
Roberts and next steps. Report on the meeting with SCC and Dan Woodcock (High School
Headmaster) on 10

December 2024.

8. PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE Progress since the pavement survey was completed.

9. DOG BINS Progress update from Councillor Allen and Councillor Hockley.

10. CAR PARK TRUG Councillor Woodcock to update the Committee

11. CAR PARK DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE in particular clearance of the gullies and catchpits. Also
date for the next carpark risk assessment and maintenance plan review.

12. FLATFORD LANE concerning the flood. Chairman to share email from Melanie Hall.

13. CYCLEWAY TO MANNINGTREE Project update

15. RISK ASSESSMENT – Risk Assessment for Litter Picker

16. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters which the Chairman
considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
