2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS – To receive any declarations of interest.

3. MINUTES – To approve the minutes of the meeting of 17th April as a correct
record (attached).

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising or updates
from the above meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. SPORTS COUNCIL- Report on progress. Report on concerns with current
projects and possible projects for future.

6. PAVILION UPDATE- Chair to report

7. LATEST SPORTS CLUB PROJECTS – Bowls club, Cricket club & Tennis Club
projects.
8. SOLAR PROJECT- GW to report
9. PLAYGROUNDS AND PLAYING FIELDS – Chair to report on the following
• Sports ground Improvement Project latest.
• Dead Oak tree
10. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance which the Chairman of the Committee allows.
