The Chair of the Parish Council gives notice to All Electors of East Bergholt that

EAST BERGHOLT ANNUAL PARISHIONERS ’ MEETING

will be held on Thursday 8 May 2025 at 7pm
at The Lambe School, Gaston Street, East Bergholt

The Annual Parishioners’ Meeting is an occasion for members of the public, local
organisations, clubs, and groups to come together, ask questions, make comments and
representations and raise any matters with the Parish Council.

We hope that as many local people and organisations as possible will come along to this
meeting where there is full public participation and any motion proposed by electors, if
passed, obliges the Parish Council to consider the matter at a subsequent meeting.

AGENDA

1. Welcome and apologies for absence – To welcome everyone to the meeting and to
receive apologies for absence.

2. Annual Reports from the Chair of the Council and Committee Chairs – attached.

3. Annual Report from County Councillor Georgia Hall – attached.

4. Annual Report from District Councillor Sallie Davies – attached

5. Open Forum – To discuss any other village matters and to determine any motions
proposed.
