3. MINUTES – To approve the minutes of the meeting of 24 April 2025 as a
correct record (attached).
4. CIL POLICY – To review current policy and make recommendations to
Council (report from the Clerk and draft policy attached).
5. CIL APPLICATION – To consider applications from:
(i) Playing Field Committee (attached).
(ii) The Lambe School (to follow).
6. APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT AID – To consider applications from;
(i) East Bergholt United FC (Juniors) (attached) (Financial details to
follow).
(ii) Summer Fair Working Group (attached).
7. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
