5. CONTINGENCIES – To consider spreadsheet for 2024/25 (attached).
6. EXPENDITURE OFF-SET BY INCOME – To consider report from the Clerk
(attached).
7. PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL HARDSHIP FUND – To consider grant aid
application and Council minute of 13 March 2025 (attached).
8. CIL APPLICATIONS – To consider applications from Brantham Parish Council
and East Bergholt Bowls Club (attached).
9. APPLICATION FOR GRANT AID – To consider application from Lighthouse
Women’s Aid (attached).
6. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
