OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Council’s business, the opportunity
will be given to members of the public to make representations to the Council or to ask
questions.

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE – To receive any apologies for absence.

2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS OR DISPENSATIONS – To receive any declarations of
interest or consider any written requests for dispensation.

3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Annual Parish Council
meeting of 12 May 2022 and to note the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of 12 May
2022 (attached).

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising or updates on matters
from the above meetings and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. COUNTY AND DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORTS – The County and District
Councillors to report.

6. CORRESPONDENCE – To consider correspondence received since the last meeting (The
current correspondence list and the items of correspondence attached. The Final list and
items of correspondence will be circulated before the meeting and published on the
website).

7. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

7.1 To consider and make recommendations to the Local Planning Authority upon
applications received. (Current applications list attached. The Final list will be
circulated before the meeting and published on the website).

7.2 To consider planning and development correspondence received from the Local
Planning Authority.

8. STRATEGY, POLICY AND FINA NCE COMMITTEE MATTERS

8.1 Schedule of Payments and Income – To consider and approve payments and note
income for May 2022 (attached).

8.2 Bank reconciliation statement – To note the bank reconciliation statement for May
2022 (attached).

8.3 Regular Payments – To consider report from the Clerk.

9. OTHER COMMITTEE MATTERS – To consider any matters arising from the work of the
Committees.

9.1 Roads, Footpaths and Flatford Committee

9.2 Burial Grounds Committee

9.3 Playing Fields Committee

9.4 Neighbourhood Plan Committee

9.5 Other Working Groups

10. PARISH INFRASTRUCTU RE INVESTMENT PLAN – To consider the outcome of the
Council workshop held on 31 May 2022 (Documents to follow).

11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient urgency and
importance which the Chairman of the Council allows.

12. RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC (INCLUDING THE PRESS) – To propose that
pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and the Local
Government Act 1972 Sections 100 and 102, the public (including the press) be excluded
from the meeting as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the
confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

13. CONFIDENTIAL MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the confidential minutes of
the Parish Council meeting of 10 February 2022 (attached).

14. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising or updates on matters
from the above meetings and not dealt with under any other agenda items.
