Scarecrow Trail 2026
Published On: June 15, 2026
After a week of rain
the weekend is finally looking much brighter and drier
– perfect weather to get outside, stretch your legs and enjoy a walk around East Bergholt spotting all the fantastic scarecrows! (hopefully the scarecrows have managed to survive the weather!)
A huge thank you again to everyone taking part this year – the village has been filled with creativity, humour and imagination
All participants now have their rosettes, and the winners have been announced, but the trail is still very much open for everyone to enjoy.
A special shout-out to Hadleigh Jeffing Queens Running Club
who braved a dry spell earlier in the week and completed a speedy scarecrow run around the village – brilliant effort (and perfect timing missing the rain!)
