OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations to the
Committee or to ask questions.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee
meeting held on 19

March 2026 (attached)
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on
matters from the last meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
5. GRANT APPLICATION- To consider grant application from the Bowls Club
6. CIL APPLICATION- To consider CIL application from Constable Hall (to
follow).
7. PCSO TERMS AND CONDITIONS – To consider the terms and conditions for
the engagement of a PCSO. Suggested amendments in red. (attached).
8. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
