EBPC: Looking for a sports grant? Is the grant for a) replacement or b) something new

b. something new
Consider and specify what proportion of cost to come from:
a) Own fund raising, b&c) External grants, d) Babergh CIL grant
d) EBPC CIL grant
NB: All funds are already allocated a priority by EBPC using feedback on need from residents in surveys,
Neighbourhood Plan, etc. New projects would have to demonstrate a greater priority than projects
already on the list that could not proceed.
EBPC will usually seek to ensure Babergh/EBPC grants are made in the proportion 75:25%.
You will have to make a CIL application to both organisations separately.
EBPC would expect any application to show evidence of other fund raising and Babergh CIL bid
If the bid relates to a structure on the Gandish Road Playing Fields then it will be an asset owned by EBPC.
You would have to follow this application process for the EBPC to adopt the project.
