2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve the minutes of the meetings of 18 September, 6
October and 4 December 2025 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on
matters from the previous meeting not dealt with under any other agenda
items.
5. CONSERVATION AREA EXTENSION – HIRE OF HALL FOR PUBLIC
CONSULTATION – Councillor Miller to report.
6. RISK ASSESSMENTS – To review risk assessments relevant to this
committee (attached).
7. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
