5. COUNCIL BUDGET AND PRECEPT – To consider submissions from
committees and recommend to Council a budget and precept for 2026/27
(documents attached).
6. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
