November as a correct record (attached).

from the above meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. SPORTS COUNCIL, PAVILION and CARPARK UPDATE Report on progress

6. SOLAR PROJECT- GW to report on latest good news.

7. PLAYGROUNDS AND PLAYING FIELDS- Chair to report

8. PADEL COURTS – progress so far and to discuss/agree action plan.

9. BOREHOLE – progress so far and to discuss/agree action plan

10. RISK ASSESSMENT – Review of existing paper

11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance which the Chairman of the Committee allows.
