OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations to the
Committee or to ask questions.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the
Committee meeting held on 18
th
January 2024
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters
arising/updates on matters from the last meeting not dealt with under other
agenda items.
5. RISK ASSESSMENTS – To review risk assessments relevant to this
committee: Car Park and Toilets; Litter Picker, Lone Working (attached).
6. CAR PARK – Maintenance report update. Report on drain blockages
7. DOG FOULING / BINS –. The Chairman to report on progress.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING – To consider the current
situation and updates from last meeting.
9. FOOTPATHS UPDATE: – The Chairman to report – including
update on new litter picker.
10. FLOODING IN Elm Road and Flatford Lane – update
11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other
matters which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and
importance.
