3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting on 24 April 2022

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To note any matters arising/updates from the last
meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. SPF BUDGETS 2023/24 – To consider SPF Grants and General budgets for 2023/24
(Templates attached).

6. COUNCIL BUDGET 2023/24 & PRECEPT 2023/24 – To consider and to make
recommendations to Council (Documents to follow).

7. BEQUEST – To determine type and location for commemorative bench.

8. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters of sufficient
urgency and importance that the Chairman of the Committee allows.
