6. BUDGET 2024/25 – To consider the budget for 2024/25 and make a submission to the
Strategy, Policy and Finance Committee (budget template and budget monitor
spreadsheets attached).

7. SPORTS COUNCIL NEWS – The Chairman to report.

8. BROOM KNOLL COMMUNITY – The Chairman to report.

9. SPORTS PAVILION – SOLAR PANELS – The Chairman to report.

10. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient urgency and
importance which the Chairman of the Committee allows.
