Playing Fields Committee Budget Meeting Minutes

OPEN PUBLIC SESSION
The were no members of the public present.
The meeting commenced at 7.30pm.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS-

None received.

3. BUDGET:-
After some discussion it was decided to add an item ‘Pavilion Maintenance’ to the
budget with £3000 allocated to this. It was understood that this was for works on the
fabric of the building and matters directly associated with that. Decoration etc was
the responsibility of the Sports council.
Grounds maintenance was increased significantly from last year.
Overall, despite the increases the budget proposed is £7k less than the spend last
year if the rabbit fencing is included in the figures.
The final budget request was unanimously approved
