OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations to the
Committee or to ask questions.
1. WELCOME AND APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations of interest.
3. MINUTES – To approve as a correct record the minutes of the Committee
meeting held on 24
th
August 2023 (attached).
4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising/updates on
matters from the last meeting not dealt with under other agenda items.
5. BUDGET 2024/25 – To consider the budget for 2024/25 and make a submission to
the Strategy, Policy and Finance Committee (Budget template and budget monitor
spreadsheets attached)
6. CAR PARK – Maintenance report update.
7. DOG FOULING/BINS –. The Chairman to report on progress.
8. THE VILLAGE CENTRE PARKING – To consider the current situation and
updates from last meeting.
9. FOOTPATHS UPDATE: – Councillor Price to report on his continuing efforts –
Cemetery Lane to Stratford St Mary update.
10. FLOODING IN FLATFORD LANE – letter from resident requesting
help.
11. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To receive and consider any other matters
which the Chairman considers to be of sufficient urgency and importance.
