OPEN PUBLIC SESSION – Prior to commencement of the Council’s Committee business, the
opportunity will be given to members of the public to make representations or to ask
questions.

3. MINUTES – To approve the minutes of the meeting of 17th October 2024 as a correct
record (attached).

4. MATTERS ARISING/UPDATES – To consider any matters arising or updates from
matters from the above meeting and not dealt with under any other agenda items.

5. SPORTS COUNCIL – Members of the Sports council representing each East Bergholt
Club, are invited to discuss the ‘Way Forward’ to benefit all parties. The objective being to
clarify Parish Council and clubs’ responsibilities, in order that sports in East Bergholt continue
to flourish successfully.
• Report on Pavilion kitchen progress
• Latest sports clubs’ CIL applications with Babergh DC.
• The chair to report on Solar project latest

6. PLAYGROUNDS AND PLAYING FIELDS
• The Sports ground Improvement Project latest.
• Replanting of boundary hedge.

7. RISK ASSESSMENT- For Playing Field.

8. URGENT COMMUNICATIONS – To consider any other matters of sufficient urgency and
importance which the Chairman of the Committee allows.
